Charley W. Gibson

Charley Gibson is passionate about counseling his clients through challenging circumstances to help them reach the right outcome for his clients and their families. A highly trained litigator, Mr. Gibson uses his sharp legal ability to get the most for his clients when push comes to shove. But Mr. Gibson also recognizes the inherent emotional and financial stakes and works tirelessly to understand his clients’ perspectives and keep them front of mind as they navigate the legal process together.

Mr. Gibson attended law school on a full scholarship at the University of Chicago, one of the top law schools in the country. He excelled academically, being invited to join the University of Chicago Law Review and graduating with honors. After law school, Mr. Gibson was offered a clerkship with Hon. Carlos F. Lucero of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, which has appellate jurisdiction over the federal courts of Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Wyoming, Kansas, and Oklahoma. After his clerkship, Mr. Gibson joined a large law firm in downtown Denver, where he quickly took a leading role in a variety of high-stakes commercial matters. Mr. Gibson his admitted to practice law in both Colorado and California.

Prior to law school, Mr. Gibson attended the University of Oregon in his hometown of Eugene, Oregon. After graduating from the University of Oregon, Mr. Gibson worked as a volunteer teacher at a school in Tanzania, where he learned Swahili to better connect with his students. Mr. Gibson has also worked in state politics, having earned a degree cum laude in political science.

Outside of work, Mr. Gibson enjoys reading, sports, and spending time with his wife and their Goldendoodle.
