Gina is an Associate Attorney with CNL Law Firm. Originally from the midwest, Gina attended Vermont Law School as an honors J.D. student, completing the typical three-year curriculum in just two years. In law school, Gina was a staff editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law, assisted in mock trials as a witness, worked as a Student Clinician at the Environmental Law Clinic, trained in conflict resolution and mediation, and completed an externship as a Law Clerk at the Office of the Vermont Attorney General.
After law school, Gina left New England to live in Colorado. Since passing the bar, Gina has practiced in the arena of Colorado family law and has passionately worked cases from start to finish. Gina has clients throughout the State of Colorado and prides herself in her ability to connect with her clients through open communication, honesty, and intention.
The primary focus of Gina’s practice pertains to domestic relations cases: divorces (with or without a child/children) and allocation of parental responsibilities. She also tackles civil temporary/permanent protection orders, emergency parenting actions, and drafting and reviewing prenuptial agreements. Gina has taken the first level of the Collaborative Law training offered through the Colorado Bar Association, and she intends on taking the next level as soon as possible.
Gina’s goal in her work is to find resolution for her clients so that they can move forward and begin the next chapter of their lives. She knows that resolution can be found either by settlement between the parties or by the decree of a Court, and she’s prepared to advocate for her clients both in and out of the courtroom.
Gina has lived in Colorado for a little more than four years. When she is not in the office, Gina likes traveling, hiking, and camping with her partner and their dog and cat. She also loves reading autobiographies, listening to podcasts, attending standup comedy shows and musical theatre, and trying new coffee shops.
